Pricing and Support Plans

On this page you will find pricing options for:

• using Longbow
• for support, service and consulting
• pilot programs

In summary:

Pricing plans for use of Longbow are according to the number of downloads made:  you can choose a pay-as-you go plan for $.10 per downloaded record or a pre-negotiated annual plan with limited or unlimited downloads.

Service plans range from a free do-it-yourself support plan to fully customized consulting and client management.

Although optional, many clients choose to start with a pilot program.  There is a standard pilot program and a fully custom option.

Pricing Options: Downloads

1)Pay-As-You Go Pricing

• $0.10 per downloaded record, pay-as-you go by credit card or purchase order.
• Uploads and use of Longbow for analysis, segmentation, campaign development etc. is always free.

2)Annual Pricing

• If you anticipate high volumes of downloaded records, we will work with you to negotiate a fixed annual price with limited or unlimited downloads.
• Uploads and use of Longbow for analysis, segmentation, campaign development etc. is always free.

 

Pricing Options: Support, Service and Consulting Plans

Software Support - Free

• For those who plan to learn and implement Longbow on their own
• Software support only (we will answer questions about how to operate Longbow)

Service and Consulting

We will work with you to create a custom service and consulting plan tailored to the needs of your organization.  Services can include:

• Tactical marketing support (interpreting charts, understanding test results, marketing related questions, etc.)
• Private Training Webinars
• Consultation on customer analysis and segmentation
• Reports and campaign results analysis
• Tuning Longbow to your specific customer/transaction/product model
• Campaign development consulting
• Report interpretation consulting

Payment options for Service and Consulting:  

1)$1000 per five hour block

• minimum 15 minute increments
• only sold in five hour blocks
• Includes client management

2)Negotiated annual plan

• Includes assigned client manager
• Optional assigned mathematician

Support program details:

Hours: 9AM to 6PM ET, M-F, excluding holidays

 

Pricing Options: Pilot Programs

 

The Standard Pilot Program takes a new Longbow user through one complete marketing campaign cycle.   It’s optional but it is a low cost, minimal commitment way to decide if Longbow is right for your company.

1)Standard Pilot Program - negotiated (depends on company size)

• Initial data upload and unlimited use of Longbow for customer analysis, segmenting, campaign creation, etc.
• Client management
• One private training webinar
• One free download of Longbow data for a test marketing campaign (up to 15,000 customer records)
• A post campaign upload and test results review with a client manager

2)Custom Pilot Program - negotiated

We will work with you to create a custom pilot program with as many marketing cycles, as many testing parameters, and whatever level of consulting and service that you require.
