A Longbow-email integration allows direct transfer of targeted lists for upsell, cross sell, win back and other 1 to 1 email campaigns.  This means that only customers likely to buy will receive messages and that the pictures, content and offers are specifically relevant to each customer.

The integration is simple: In Longbow, a user creates a targeted list. The list may include only customer information or for a 1 to 1 dynamic content campaign will also include information for the products each customer is likely to buy. The information necessary for the email campaign is selected from the Longbow target list and then exported to the email account.

Longbow's built-in multivariate testing capabilities then allow continuous testing of multiple factors.
