What files you get when you press the Download button depends on what service you are using.
For Up-sell, you will get two files. The first is a list of all customers with purchase probabilities matching the criteria you selected, one record per customer. The second file is list of the products for which those customers have probabilities above the selected threshold. Each customer may have one or many records. The probability for each product is also included in the record.
For Likely Buyers, you will get a single file listing the buyers in rank order, highest first. The customer record also includes that customer’s rank.
The two files you get for Cross-sell are similar to the Up-sell files, except that instead of purchase probability in the second file, the associated number is New Item Score instead of the purchase probability. New Item Score is an index, running from 0 to 10. the higher the number, the more likely the customer is to purchase this product.
The At Risk service delivers one file, a list of the customers at risk of defecting. The associated At Risk Score, running from 0 to 1000, is an index of the risk, with higher scores indicating higher risk.
